Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We want you to get your NailsbyAshTae order ASAP!  Here are some things to note when it comes to shipping:

We ship packages Monday through Saturday.  We do not ship any packages on Sunday or national holidays.

 

*All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance to ensure delivery*

After you place your order, NailsbyAshTae will take 2-3 business days to prepare it for shipment. 

Please allow time for your design to be handcrafted and shipped AFTER we receive your nail sizes. 

*Due to the pandemic and other possible delays (holidays, intermittent weather, postal strikes, etc) we unfortunately aren’t able to guarantee arrival time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

- We are not able to make ANY address changes to your orders. Please double check you have the right shipping address before you checkout and pay. Our Team is not able to change your address once a tracking number has been assigned to your order.

HOLIDAY/WEATHER/COVID RELATED DELAYS

Estimated shipping days are based on our shipping partners. Higher shipping volume times of year during the holidays (e.g October - December) might cause expanded shipping days. Weather related and Covid delays could also cause longer than expected shipping times. NailsbyAshTae is not responsible for these delays.

Below is a list of national holidays we do not ship on.

January 1st New Year’s Day, January 17th Martin Luther King Jr. Day, February 21st Presidents' Day, May 30th Memorial Day, June 20th Juneteenth, July 4th Independence Day, September 5th Labor Day, October 10th Columbus Day, November 11th Veterans Day, November 24th Thanksgiving, December 26th Christmas Day.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

As part of our Soft Launch:

We currently offer FREE shipping on all US orders. 2-Day Express shipping is offered at an additional cost.  

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has shipped. Shipments will contain the tracking information, delivery confirmation as well as a link to track your package online.  

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We do ship to P.O. Boxes and AFO/FPO addresses.
