RETURNS & REFUNDS:

  • We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at support@nailsbyashtae.com

  • Please note all orders are a FINAL sale, due to them being custom to fit. Hence, please be certain to order the correct size since we would not be able to issue a refund if the wrong sizes of nails are ordered. No exchanges or refunds will be given.

    • Please note that measuring your nails without a physical sizing kit can be done incorrectly, your nails will be made according to the nail size we receive
  • Once your order leaves the shop, we are no longer responsible for any lost or damaged products.

  • Please note: All our sets are carefully designed/packaged and checked for the highest quality.

All Nails are custom and will vary in design slightly due to them being hand crafted by NailsbyAshTae.

  • Due to different types of screen, tablet, phone, mobile device's resolution; color may appear slightly different.  You will receive the exact item purchased but please understand there may be slight color difference due to the type of electronic devices used.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
